At Hearthspell Bakery, we want you to be delighted with every bite. Because our treats are made-to-order, perishable, and handcrafted with care, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges. However, we’re always here to make things right if something isn’t as expected.
Damage or Quality Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, or if there’s a significant quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up. Please include a photo and a brief description of the concern. We’ll work with you to determine a fair solution — whether that's a partial or full refund, a store credit, or a replacement item.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to delivery or pick-up date will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on whether ingredients have already been purchased or used.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a full refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
Cancellations and Refunds
While we do our best to accommodate allergy requests and special orders, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please be sure to communicate your allergy needs in advance. We do not provide refunds due to allergy-related issues afterwards.
